ORGANIZATION: ROD DEDEAUX FOUNDATION

Legends on the Links is more than just a charity golf tournament - our purpose is rooted in our passion to support kids in underserved communities of Los Angeles County using baseball as a platform to cultivate success beyond the bleachers. From the dugout to the final inning, the Rod Dedeaux Foundation (RDF) strives to ensure that all young athletes have access to critical resources that can help keep them stay grounded on the field while providing hope for the future.

Help us with registration and on course support (hole activations, hole in one witness, wine pouring, black jack dealer...)

About ROD DEDEAUX FOUNDATION

Location:

1430 S EASTMAN AVE, COMMERCE, CA 90023, US

Mission Statement

The Rod Dedeaux Foundation is a public charity that carries on Rod's spirit by supporting youth baseball and softball programs in underserved areas.

Description

Currently, inner city organizations are fighting for survival, as public funding is drying up - coupled with the game’s waning popularity with children in Urban areas. Through the efforts of the Foundation, underprivileged youth receive more than just uniforms and renovated facilities - they also receive a sanctuary from challenging environments and a support system specifically designed to build character and academic support, giving them an opportunity to achieve their dreams.
