A well reputation non-profit TORCH 1975 INC found by minority woman whose mission is to utilize art to advocate for feminism, gender equality, women rights, social justice, environmental justice, racial unbiased, etc...

We are active in the philanthropy community for more than 10 years, and ready to engage and inspire globally for all positive changes.

The founder is also an Artist with numerous concepts pertain those above charitable causes. She is willing to donate her Art work to the causes and the non-profit.

She is in search of young talents that can cultivate creativities and consistently work with her to convey the powerful messages to the world.

WHAT

We are seeking Digital Graphic Design/Digital Illustrator

BENEFITS of working with us FULL TIME and PART TIME

At an accredited 501c3 community based non-profit TORCH 1975 INC

• Earn income while being credit with Community Hours and be provided with Certificate of Appreciation as an excellent employee, possible stipend depend on talents and commitment, starting salary $20 an hour
• Grow with us and get incentive such as a potential chance to live on site with rent covered once you commit for long term employment
• Potential commission once the arts sell

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to work in person, not always remotely. We are based in Orange county near Disneyland/Knottberry farm
• Team player, willing to cultivate creativities together for the project/concepts
• Primarily looking for individuals with Graphic Design and Social Media skills
• Knowledge of AFFINITY Photo, Designer, Publisher software, or similar software currently on the market
• Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Publisher
• Animation skills, Photography, Editing, NFT
• Knowledge A-Z and passion about anything in digital graphic design arena, printing and illustrator procedure
• High Schoolers look for intern while earning Community Hours are a PLUS
