Student enjoying science

Help diversify our STEM workforce by empowering a young BIPOC student to pursue a career in STEM!

We have students waiting now to be paired with a mentor.

Meet virtually with your paired student two times each month, 4:30-5:15pm on a regularly scheduled weekday to listen and learn from each other’s experiences and provide academic support. A unique element of this program is that we send you and your student science activities to explore simultaneously online during many of your mentoring sessions to share your joy for science and discovery, and help drive discussion.

We aim to build a diverse mentor team so that students may be paired with caring professionals who are best equipped to support diverse narratives in STEM career pathways. Mentors must be based in the U.S. due to background clearance requirements.

Application deadline extended to December 6. See Get Involved:Volunteer section of CuriOdyssey website: www(dot)CuriOdyssey(dot)org. Interview, references and background clearance will also be required.
