Ascend Hospice is a proud partner of the We Honor Veteran Program developed by the NHPCO and the Department of Veteran Affairs. Currently we are seeking Veterans to join our Veteran to Veteran Program and provide support to our terminally ill veterans.

Ascend Hospice provides patients, with a life limiting condition, the opportunity to live life more fully with control, comfort, and dignity. Our team provides exceptional care including emotional and spiritual support. Volunteers are the heart of hospice and a vital member of our hospice team.

Hospice volunteer training is required and provided free of charge. In keeping with Medicare requirements background, DMV, and medical clearances are a part of the training process. All volunteers must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated
