Use your skills as a Medical Professional to help Special Olympics Florida athletes.
Special Olympics Florida provides sports, training and competition to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. To compete, athletes must complete a sports physical. To assist athletes, Special Olympics Florida arranges free physical days.
We are looking for individuals licensed as: MDs, DOs, PA,s ARNPs.
Events can be scheduled based on your availability, but generally take 4-6 hours on a Saturday or Sunday.
Special Olympics Florida arranges the venue, support volunteers and will supply all needed equipment.

Description
Special Olympics Florida provides sports training and Olympic-style competition to more than 60,000 athletes with intellectual disabilities and developmental disabilities throughout the state. Special Olympics Florida is a Level I Accredited Program (highest level of accreditation granted by SOI) and is divided into 11 area programs, which cover over 55 counties.
