We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization serving the elderly poor. They cannot take care of their lawns physically nor financially pay someone to do it for them. We're asking for volunteers willing to help this often forgotten population.

There are two (2) options - If you have lawn equipment then you can do a lawn at your convenience. If you don't have lawn equipment then you can help us work on a lawn, usually Tuesday to Saturday. We'll provide you the address. Please call Robert Reyes at 210-325-3183 or Rose Reyes at 210-325-3184, if you have any questions. We appreciate your consideration in serving our community in this way.

Our mission is to demonstrate God's love by serving and becoming advocates and friends, as we seek to provide for their basic physical, material and spiritual needs.

Description

King's Compassion is 501(c)(3) non-profit organization existing since 2011 dedicated to serving low income elderly poor and homeless. We provide free services and goods to the seniors in San Antonio. These include, but are not limited to, visitation, home minor repairs and maintenance, including lawn care, provide groceries monthly and items excluded by SNAP, deliver donated goods, and link them to community resources, if we do not provide them. Our seniors benefit from the free services and goods, as they may have physical, financial, and other limitations.
