Organize Photos and Videos

We have a great deal of photos and videos that need to be organized. The photos need to be labeled and the videos needs to be logged (ie if the footage is good and should be kept or if the footage should be used for social media or other promotional outlets to share the work we are doing as an organization).

We would need a volunteer who has great organizing skills. You would review each video and each photo. They would be labeled with 'metadata' or data that allows impaired viewers to understand the content. If the footage is low quality, poor quality or lacking in content you would label it as discard and place it in a discard folder.

Potential project steps:

  1. Create two main folders (photos, videos)
  2. Create two subfolders within each main folder (Usable, unusable)
  3. Create titles for each photo or video based on the content within each folder
