We have fun and meaningful volunteer opportunities for students and teens 14 and older. If you're busy with school and after-school activities or just looking for something to do on the weekends, consider joining the VNA volunteer team.

Hospice House Kitchen

If you enjoy cooking or just being around food and love people, you may enjoy volunteering in the Hospice House kitchen. Hospice House needs volunteers to assist patients with their meal orders, prepare their trays and deliver their meals. You would be volunteering with an experience chef or cook and volunteers who enjoy the same kind of service.
Weekend shifts are available for breakfast (7:30-9:30am), Lunch (11:00-1:00pm) and Dinner (4-6:00pm). Weekday shifts are available occasionally as well.

Hidden Treasures
If thrift store work is more your speed, Hidden Treasures Thrift Store on Miracle Mile will float your boat.
Store volunteers assist with sorting donations, price items, tidy the sales floor and run the cash register.
Saturday shifts are available from open to close. A typical shift is 3 hours.
