ORGANIZATION: LEARNING FOR ALL

Learning for ALL is in need of one on one tutors to teach adult students English as a Second Language (ESL). Students and volunteers are able to work in person at local libraries, cafes, and other public locations around Omaha, NE. We ask that tutors meet with their students at least once a week for an hour. Tutors and students are paired based on their availability and preferences. Tutors are provided with orientation and a curriculum prior to meeting with their student. There is great demand for in person ESL tutoring right now, so please get in touch if you are interested.This is a great opportunity to help adults achieve their life goals and build a stronger community!

Description

Learning for ALL is an organization founded by passionate individuals who have spent years working to help adults achieve their goals in Omaha and the surrounding areas. We are our students’ supporters, educators and advocates. Learning for ALL offers learning opportunities with the schedule flexibility, pace of curriculum, one-on-one support and family like environment that these students need to achieve their goals. We offer group classes in English as a Second Language, Adult Basic Education (ABE), and General Education Diploma (GED). One on one tutoring is also available. All services are offered to students free of charge.
