Cat Trappers Needed for TNR

Save to Favorites

Copper's Cat Commune

TNR means Trap-Neuter-Return, we will include vaccinate. We are trying to start up a TNR program here at Copper's Cat Commune Sanctuary. In order to do so, we need two to four people willing to go out and trap and transport cats.

Training is provided.

This opportunity could have you out at unusual hours, though rarely past 9 or 10 pm and not even that late usually. You will likely be dealing with members of the public, usually cat lovers, some who are distinctly not. We will even teach you how to handle those people without confrontation.

People skills and problem solving are helpful but not necessary.

This is not a position for just anyone. Please be sure you have a real desire to help cats in very necessary way.

Your help will be greatly appreciated by both us and the members of the public you are helping.

About Copper's Cat Commune

1014 Spring Meadow Dr, Spring, TX 77373, US

Mission Statement

Coppers Cat Commune is dedicated to the lifetime care of a limited population of ill, disabled, immune compromised, senior, or otherwise adoption challenged cats. We also provide adoption services for a limited number of adoptable cats.

Copper's Cat Commune was started by Mimi Baker with the help of her husband Matt, two people with a real passion for cats. We believe that every cat deserves a chance at a happy life, regardless of the hand life has dealt them. That is what we are here to do. We provide a safe place for those with nowhere else to go. We work with paraplegic cats, fecal incontinent cats, senior cats, basically cats that no one else wants or has the capability to handle. All of our cats are available for adoption if someone truly wants to undertake the level of care that some of our cats need, but we plan to give them a home for life.

Our cats have both indoor and safe outdoor access. We have cat enclosures around the property. We have many feral cats as well that have there own enclosures and shelters. Our goal is to ensure that our cats are as happy as they can be. That is the whole purpose of living life.

We'll work with your schedule.
