Jumpstart is a national early education nonprofit organization working towards the day that every child in America enters kindergarten prepared to succeed. We are dedicated to inspiring children to learn, adults to teach, families to get involved, and communities to progress together. With our community engagement initiative, we focus on our impact beyond the classroom level and into our communities.

How our "Project in a Box" works is we send/drop-off a box of materials that your organization, community, and/or corporate partners can create and craft with! You and your team will help us create components that will be placed in a literacy kit to be distributed at community events or to our partner preschool children that we work with.

Tasks include: cutting out templates of flashcards and dragons, compiling storybooks, and drawing and writing postcards! These materials are the interactive tools used to deepen children's understanding of new concepts and vocabulary that contribute to the learning success of our curriculum.
