- Assist in planning and executing Self-Care and Wellness programming
- Including: Mental, physical, and financial wellness
- Attend all Committee, Programming and Executive Team meetings
- Open to all backgrounds and ethnicities
- Must be familiar and local to the surrounding Washington DC area
Term:
- One-year, re-electable with no limit
Requirements: An executive presence and desire and ability to coach team members. Prior leadership experience preferred.
Succession Planning Requirement: The Self-Care and Wellness Director must identify a suitable potential successor to their role by the middle of their term, to be formally vetted by the President and Board of Trustees.
