MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR

  • Reports to and supports the VP of Internal Affairs in day-to-day operations
  • Serve as the programming head for social type activities
  • Develop and execute a membership strategy along with the VP of Internal Affairs
  • Maintain the membership database
  • Attend all Membership and Executive Team meetings

Term:

  • One-year, re-electable with no limit

Requirements: An executive presence and desire and ability to coach team members. Prior leadership experience preferred.

Succession Planning Requirement: The Membership Director must identify a suitable potential successor to their role by the middle of their term, to be formally vetted by the President
