Volunteers are needed to pick groceries up from local food shelf and deliver them directly to homes of homebound community members. This is a great family friendly opportunity.

This job requires some heavy lifting. Groceries are stored in produce boxes weighing about 30 pounds each.

Volunteers use their personal vehicles. Driving on behalf of Interfaith Outreach requires a Motor Vehicle Report showing you're a safe driver prior to volunteering.

Interfaith Outreach's Mission: To engage the heart and will of our community to respond to emergency needs and create opportunities for all to thrive.

Since 1979, Interfaith Outreach and Community Partners has been making an impact in 8 west suburban Hennepin communities. IOCP provides both emergency and long-term solutions around food and clothing, housing, employment, child care, transportation, and connections to other resources.
