AmeriCorps Position: Resident Services Program Specialist

Catholic Charities Housing Services Resident Services Program’- Resident Services Program
The Resident Services Program Specialist (RSPS) AmeriCorps member will coordinate and
facilitate access to services for Catholic Charities Housing Services (CCHS) residents living at
CCHS housing sites. The housing sites the member will work at are located in the cities of
Tieton, Yakima, and Prosser. The RSPS will work with families, adults, youth, children and
seniors. They will be responsible for on-site services coordination, referral to local resources,
one-on-one direct service, networking, developing and maintaining partnerships, informal case
management, trust and rapport building, community building, coordinating and facilitating direct
services to resident’ families and individuals. The RSPS position will engage in the delivery of
afterschool programming and early learning programming. The AmeriCorps member will also
help in the expansion of our Health Initiative Area of Focus in addition to other duties.
