Assisting in keeping the Medical Library in order. Operates scanner to create PDFs & translations. Operates the photocopier, providing copies from books, journals, etc., as requested by physicians and associates. Picks up mail. Identifies & posts duplicates of journals for Back Med. Processes books for shelves by cataloging & stamping books. Returns journals/books to shelves in proper place. Checking in journals. Discards books as needed. Maintains patron records in EOS. Updates termination list in EOS. Processes Table of Contents. Other duties as assigned. Must have good customer service skills & able-bodied to move up & down when shelving.
