- We are looking for the following positions:
- Content creation
- Product design
- Editorial team

- Content creation:
- You should know to create posts on graphics for our social media platforms.
- You should be able to manage our accs.
- You must commit at least 3-4 hours a week for Hearts of Love.
- Product Design:
- Designing our merchandise
- You must commit at least 3-4 hours a week for Hearts of Love.
- Editorial team:
- Communicating the community regarding our accomplishments in a monthly fashion.
- Expressing our association’s plans for the future.
- Detail future events, charities, fundraisers that we’re planning to establish.
- Finance team:
- You will have to find sponsors for Hearts of Love.
- You will find grants which are suitable and available for Hearts of Love.
- You will make our budgets
- Web Development:
- Develop and design our website!
- You need to know how to develop a website!
- Outreach team:
- you will create outreach messages and share through media platforms.
- You will carry out the recruitment process.
- You must also advertise the foundation at numerous schools each month.
- You must commit at least 3-4 hours a week for Hearts of Love.
- Event planning:
- Creating event proposals which fit client requirements and presenting proposals by deadline and sending them to founders.
- Maintaining a working relationship with vendors and venues.
- Delegating event planning tasks to other staff members where necessary
- Demonstrating clients strong knowledge of venues and vendor offerings and taking clients on tours of venue possibilities
- Staying under budget while planning event specifications
- Issuing invoices and collecting payments in a timely manner, and creating comprehensive and readable financial reports
- Managing and overseeing events on the day of, including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff, and organising vendors.
- Chapters:
- You would organise the chapters across the world.
- Responsible for developing people and things happening in the chapter but still is a member of the squad and does day-to-day work.

Mission Statement
We are Hearts of Love and our mission is to help our community become a better place by promoting kindness, teamwork, responsibility, and proactiveness in order to assist the homeless and orphanages that exist in our world. We want to be helpers, not bystanders by providing assistance to the homeless, disadvantaged children, orphanages and senior citizens in terms of improving their living standards as well as necessities that may be necessary for a healthy lifestyle such as access to food, water, a shelter, education resources, and etc...through a continuous cycle of events, fundraisers, charity programs, and much more! We also plan to create media advertisements and monthly newsletters about our cause and to bring people together in order to help out these people in our world and community!
