The NEXT Steps Youth Entrepreneur Program is looking for volunteers and industry professionals to help launch the Community On Demand Digital Media Network (CoDN). CoDN is our way to help bridge the communications gap between the business and education communities. Our goal is to create the JEM-TV News Channel as a peer-driven digital media resource that allows learners to share how they use their high-demand employability skills to create impact solutions that solve real-world problems in their communities.

Six key volunteers will help form the leadership team of CoDN that will manage and provide oversight of the JEM-TV News Channel. Other volunteers will help develop the infrastructure of the Community On Demand Digital Media Network and help recruit and train JEM-TV News Channel "correspondents". All of our training will be centered around our Community On Demand game-based learning tools which requires volunteers to learn how to play the game.
