Urgent need for a clinical Volunteer to provide companionship with hospice patient so spouse can take care of errands(store, doctor appts etc). Volunteer must be RN, LPN or CNA and able to sit with patient once a week for 2-3 hours. Schedule can be decided between you and patients spouse. Training will be provided at our Columbia office. Mileage is paid at 47 cents a mile round trip and reimbursement check is mailed to you once mileage log is received by the Volunteer Coordinator. This volunteer opportunity will last a few months.
