About the Role
We are a new, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is looking for a volunteer to help our fundraising team research opportunities that will enable us to expand the work we do. The research can be done online from home, and involves finding foundations, grant opportunities, and corporations that align with our mission and our programs. Guidance will be provided by our staff team.

Qualifications

  • Adept at doing online research
  • Detail-oriented and very thorough
  • Understanding of fundraising and grant concepts, ideally from US-based foundations, grantors, and corporations
  • Passion for helping humans, animals, and the environment
  • Interest in pursuing a career in fundraising an asset
