Restorative Denver receives referrals from the Denver District Attorneys Office to provide alternatives to the traditional punitive systems of courts and incarceration. The Community Group Conferencing Facilitator brings together a group of individuals who have been impacted by a crime, including those who created harm and those impacted to create dialogue and problem solving to repair the harm.

The Conflict Center equips people with practical skills to navigate, transform and embrace everyday conflict.

Description

Teach hands-on skills children, youth, families, schools, organizations and communities in conflict management, anger management and parenting. Programs include Skill Building for youth, adults, parents and organizations; Reading for Peace for elementary schools; Social Norming for high schools; Restorative Practices for Schools; and Restorative Denver (criminal justice).
