With immense support from our local and global partners, we’re committed to performing continuous work in The Bahamas through February 2022.
We’re incredibly pleased to announce that Every Child Counts School (ECC) is now complete, and the team celebrated the official handover at the end of June! With the many challenges we’ve faced in The Bahamas, the completion of ECC is a huge milestone for our programs and is a demonstration of the significant impact we’ve made since the restart of our volunteer-powered operations last fall. Thanks to everyone who has supported the work at ECC; it’s now a beautiful, resilient school ready for students and staff to safely return to in the coming months!
In September, we finished Little Darlings Academy (LDA) after years of hard work and dedication thanks to volunteers like you!
Now that the schools have been rebuilt, we are focusing our efforts on residential homes. Join us in the coming months to help rebuild the interiors of homes damaged by Hurricane Dorian. Absolutely no prior experience is required, we teach you everything you need to know.
