We are seeking general contractors to resurface a 13,000 square foot lot for a new sustainable community project. We are developing a shipping container eco-friendly community in a low income neighborhood. to activate an overgrown and underused parking lot.

We are in need of the following:

  • Design for surface and landscape/shipping container modification
  • Solar panels for heating and lighting
  • Plumbing for cafe, store and restrooms
  • Electricity for heating and lighting
  • Internet wiring
  • Windows, doors, flooring
