MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR! BECOME A HOSPICE VOLUNTEER!

Interim Hospice offers support and comfort to people living with a terminal illness. Hospice care is a coordinated effort provided by a team of doctors, nurses, social workers, spiritual care providers and volunteers. Volunteers are trained to share companionship with patients and to support families with respite. Volunteers may converse with a patient, read to patients, or play cards and board games. Volunteers may also assist in the business office answering phones and assisting with the bereavement program.
