The Gift of Life is seeking delivery drivers to help us deliver preemie hats and care packages to the Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) in Orlando Florida and surrounding area.

Responsibilities include:

Picking up the hats and other donations from the homes and/or businesses of our volunteers and donors.
Picking up mailed packages from our post office box and possibly founders' home.
Delivering hats to our storage facility and the local medical organizations we support

Time Commitment:

The Gift of Life provides care packages, hats and other gifts for preemies and their families to local Orlando hospitals on or around every major national holiday. The successful applicant must be available both during those times and 1-2 weeks before the holiday arrives.

We may also request your participation in picking up and delivering donated items for our major fundraising events, such as our Black Tie Gala that's set to take place at the Walt Disney Dolphin hotel in November of 2022.

Also note that you may be requested to attend training and team meetings both online and in-person.

Expectations

We are looking for volunteers who are professional, friendly and reliable. A passion for our mission is a major plus. We are looking for someone who is a team player and willing to network with our team.
