If you enjoy talking on the phone and have a little extra time, you may be a perfect Tuck-In Volunteer! It really is so simple, you just pick up the phone and make a call.
These conversations can go a long way to make a difference in the lives of the patient, patient’s caregiver, and the patient's family, as well as supporting our staff. Use your compassion and your listening skills, all enhanced by no-cost training and coaching from Encompass Health Hospice! Help us tuck our patients in for the weekend. These calls can be made from your home or our Lenexa Office. The calls are made on Wednesday or Thursday every week!
This is a perfect opportunity for retired healthcare workers!

At Enhabit Health Hospice a coordinated team of caring professional hospice experts are dedicated to providing physical, psychological, spiritual and emotional comfort to patients and their loved ones.
Our team includes volunteers that may provide non-medical services and respite time to caregivers and family while also providing much-needed companionship to the patient and their loved ones.
