About Rio Grande Academy of Fine Arts
10901 Broeas Dr. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114, US
The mission of RioGAFA is to educate students through an arts-integration curriculum that promotes problem solving and creativity and supports all K-12 students to achieve grade-level standards.
Rio Grande Academy of Fine Arts (RioGAFA) is a newly approved arts-integration charter school with a focus on rigorous academics and fine arts. Students will learn dual standards - academics and the arts. We are committed to creating a school that is involved in the community. We will support families with transportation, meals, and providing all supplies, even for arts classes. We are partnering with local artists and artisans to teach students dance, drama, film, music, and visual arts. Students will learn not only about arts, but also become rooted in their culture and traditions and learn about other cultures.
