Ascend Hospice is located in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
Our office is open Monday thru Friday from 8:30am until 5pm. We are a small but fast paced healthcare setting looking for one or two volunteers to help out. Volunteer hours are very flexible just must be during the time the office is open.
We are currently looking for a volunteer to assist with various office tasks such as copying, filing, data entry, and helping answering phones.
We will train you for this opportunity.
All applicants:
Must have some computer experience
Must be able to lift 15-20lbs if needed
Must be at least 18+
Must be COVID Vaccinated & able to get a Flu shot when they become available
Background checks will be completed along with training for this opportunity

Description
Hospice volunteers bring comfort, joy and love to patients who are terminally ill through their actions.
Volunteers simply need a caring heart and a willingness to serve. The extensive volunteer training program provides them with an awareness of patient's needs and prepares them to participate with the hospice team.
