Harvest Fest is a safe and fun family-friendly event that New Vision Church is hosting for the community on Halloween. It is a night of carnival games, prizes, candy, jumpers, trunk or treat, and more with a live DJ.
Volunteers will be split into different roles that include: running carnival games, set up and tear down, registration, arts and crafts, serving food, and traffic control.
Opportunity Requirements & Important Notes
Attire: Please wear closed-toe shoes. Bringing a jacket is recommended.
Physical Requirements: Able to lift 10 pounds. Unfortunately the event space is not wheelchair accessible, but volunteers can serve from a sitting position if they cannot be on their feet for long periods of time.
Religious Observance: This is a religiously affiliated event so prayer may take place. Volunteers are welcome to opt out of participation.

We serve food to general public every Friday at 4:30 PM and in need of volunteers to assist us with actual distribution of food, cleanup, and breakdown process. Details provided in additikonal forms.
