As a mental health professional, your passion aligns with our mission to serve and help others be their best self. As a resiliency workshop facilitator, you will have the opportunity to educate and empower military personnel, families, and veterans. Our goal is to help them navigate the stressful components being in the military carries in a non-counseling, education-driven environment.

Most of our volunteers work full-time jobs, so we ask for a minimum of two workshops to be facilitated annually. Of course, if the volunteer is interested in doing more as their schedule allows, that is wonderful! This way, we will have plenty of facilitators on the team, and we can be respectful of the personal time that the volunteers sacrifice to share their talents and skills with our workshop participants. We try to schedule workshops during the weekday, weekends, and evenings to offer the program to participants best and work around the facilitation team schedules.

Requirements:

"...Master’s level or higher mental health professional with an independent, clinical and unencumbered license in one of the following disciplines: Psychiatry, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, School Counseling/Psychology; Nursing (APN or CS in Mental Health area; RN’s who are board-certified in PSY/MH). Note: To be eligible, you must have an independent license and not be under clinical supervision...."

We look forward to growing our facilitator team and an opportunity to bring you on board!
