The Kennesaw Parks & Recreation Department hosts a Veterans Day Luncheon every year at the Ben Robertson Community Center for veterans and active duty service members. This volunteer opportunity is the prep day on Tuesday before the Thursday luncheon. Volunteers at the prep day will be helping fill bags, etc. to give to the veterans and service members and possibly helping with early set up and decorating.

Kennesaw Parks & Recreation plans and holds a variety of events, programs, classes, and activities throughout the year for Kennesaw and the surrounding areas. When we have events, we often need volunteer help to run them and ensure that everything goes smoothly!
