San Fernando Valley Counseling Center (SFVCC) is looking for Volunteer Group Supervisors to assist our organization with supervising group counseling.
The individual will need to have 3- to 5-years experience with supervision of mental health counselors, or completion of the CAMFT or AAMFT certified supervisor program.
They should be available to supervise one mental health group per week, preferably evening, and familiar with electronic health records.
Possible opportunities to take on individual trainees and associates as a supervisee for a negotiated fee.
We are a non-profit providing affordable counseling services in the San Fernando Valley for 50 years.
Give back to the community and inspire new mental health professionals!

Description
The San Fernando Valley Counseling Center is a non-profit organization with 50 years of providing quality, and affordable counseling to the community.
Our counseling is provided by a dedicated and competent staff of paraprofessionals, graduate program trainees, interns and paraprofessional counselors, who are rigorously trained and supervised by licensed mental health professionals who share our vision and commitment to the community.
The Center is supported entirely by contributions from individuals, families and businesses in the community and by counseling fees from clients, all of which go directly to the Center to fund its operations.
