Religious education superintendents must be able to manage teaching staff whilst designing curriculum, interpreting scriptures, and coming up with innovative ways to teach lessons to any and all groups. requirements for this position are as follows the ability to work with people of all ages the ability to lead and direct without micromanaging teachers prior experience teaching in a public or private school setting must be at least 21 years of age and possess at a minimum of a bachelor's degree in either Education, Marketing, Secondary Education, Management, or any related field. teachers who meet the qualifications above will also be subject to additional training in regard to the Christian faith.

The goal of the kosmos church system is to enlighten the people of God, improve their quality of life, and provide a judgement-free zone for all persons. some programs include social work religious education and youth services.
