Are you a high school student and interested in Dropout Prevention? We have an opportunity for you in our Dropout Prevention Planning Group. The volunteer will become a member of the advisory board. You will provide your input voicing your opinion and voting as a member of the Dropout Prevention Advisory Board.

Volunteer opportunity available for High School Students only and is a virtual/remote opportunity

Planning members duties consist of, but are not limited to:

  • Attend virtual advisory meetings and related occasional in-person planning meetings
  • Actively participate in advisory works
  • Create and plan dropout prevention youth-led projects as a group
  • Volunteer, accept, and complete assignments in a timely manner
  • Stay informed about the organization, prepare for meetings, review and make comments concerning reports and minutes
  • Build a working relationship with co-youth planning members
  • Participate in planned dropout prevention events

**This is an unpaid remote volunteer opportunity.
