We are looking for six wonderful volunteers for our family-friendly, halloween-themed, fundraising gala on October 21, 2021 at Mercury Hall. We will need you to help set up tables, chairs, linens, food/beverages, gifts, raffles, projectors & screens, etc. and/or also help with tidying up at the end of the night. As a volunteer, you will get to enjoy live music, eat delicious food & drink, and receive our forever gratitude!

We are taking COVID-19 precautions for all adults and children (12+) by requiring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test (48-72 hours prior to the event) at the entry.

ATX Kids Club is a local 501(c)3 organization with the mission to engage, educate, and inspire children (ages 4-12) through field trip adventures using mostly public transportation. Our year-round programs focus on fitness, nutrition and education while maintaining a low child to adult ratio of 6:1. Children learn and experience the history, culture, arts, and landscape of their city and surrounding communities while increasing their self-esteem and confidence.

We hope you will join us for a fun-filled spooktacular night!

Thank you,
ATX Kids Club

About ATX Kids Club

7712 Hidden Brook Court, Austin, TX 78744, US

Mission Statement

The mission of this organization is to provide educational learning opportunities to elementary school aged children (specifically, but not limited to low-income children) beyond their school day through after school activities, summer camps, and weekend/holiday adventures in the Austin and surrounding areas. These programs will engage and enrich children in life skill and academic subject areas that they may or may not experience through home or school.

ATX Kids Club offers After School Adventures and Clubs that specifically focus on exposing children to the large variety of cultural landmarks in the Austin area, as well as teaching life skill activities (cooking, sewing, socialization).

Students are picked up at dismissal time daily from their school and transported to an Austin landmark to explore or taken to ATX Kids Club Facility for an opportunity to cook, sew, practice academic or fitness skills.

Students are either dropped off at their home or picked up from ATX Kids Club by 6pm.

On School Holidays, students are taken on full day Adventures in and around the Austin Area.
