Pub Crawl Volunteers Needed for MS Society Fundraiser

On Saturday October 30 th, the Houston Community Council will be putting on its annual Crawl MS event to raise funds for the MS Society. While this is not an official MS Society event, the proceeds will go toward supporting the work that we do.

The Houston Community Council is in need of 27 volunteers across multiple locations to help make this event a reality. You will be working alongside a council member to promote the MS Society and encourage others to join the pub crawl.

Responsibilities include setting up table with supplies (given to you prior to event), promoting the MS Society, selling t-shirts, collecting donation money and packing up supplies at the end of your shift. Each pub will supply table/chairs for you. Below you can find the locations, shift times, and number of volunteers need:

  • Kings Court
    • 1 st Shift: 11:45am-2:30pm (1 volunteer)
    • 2 nd Shift 2:30pm-5:00pm (1 volunteers)
  • The New Potato
    • 1 st Shift: 12:45pm-3:00pm (1 volunteer)
    • 2 nd Shift: 3:00pm-5:00pm (1 volunteer)
  • Rodeo Goat
    • 1 st Shift: 12:45pm -3:00pm (1 volunteers
    • 2 nd Shift: 3:00pm-5:00pm (1 volunteer)
  • Little Woodrow’s
    • 1 st Shift: 12:45pm-3:00pm (1 volunteer)
    • 2 nd Shift: 3:00pm-5:00pm (1 volunteer)
  • Pitch 25
    • 1 st Shift: 12:45-3:00 (1 volunteer)
    • 2 nd Shift: 3:00-5:00 (1 volunteer)
  • St. Arnold’s
    • 1 st Shift: 2:30pm-5:00pm (7 volunteers)
    • 2 nd Shift: 5:00pm-8:00pm (10 volunteers)
