DAT - Provides 24-hour emergency response to local disasters, particularly house fires, ensuring that those affected have access to resources for basic necessities such as food, shelter and clothing.
Sheltering Associate is to serve as a member of a temporary work unit on a disaster relief operation to successfully complete their assigned areas of responsibility on a disaster relief operation. they ensure safe sheltering at a single shelter throughout the cycle of the disaster.
Health Services- Assess disaster-affected individuals and communities to determine appropriate response and care needs. Assist clients in finding resources to meet disaster-related unmet health needs. These resources may include Red Cross financial assistance per Red Cross guidance.
