Would you like to be a companion to a hospice patient? Help a family? Volunteers provide friendly calls, deliver flowers, birthday cakes and spend time visiting patients. The meaningful work of providing bedside companionship is what hospice volunteers provide. Volunteers spend time with patients and their families to enjoy a movie, celebrate life moments and overall provide much needed companionship. This is especially important due to the isolation and impact COVID-19 has had on seniors in our community specifically.
