Join us as we prep to send out kits to Girl Scouts across the state! A Cookie Rally is a pre-season event hosted to kick off the Girl Scout Cookie Program. Along with generating excitement about the upcoming sale, a Cookie Rally helps prepare new and returning Girl Scouts and their families by teaching them how to engage their community, work together, and gain information on recognition items, promotion strategies, and resources. Think of it as a pep rally, practice run, training camp, and celebration all-in-one!
As a volunteer you will help us make this the best Cookie Rally yet, by packing kits for Girl Scouts to complete with their troop!
Through Girl Scouting, girls become leaders in their daily life and prepare for their bright
future! The Girl Scout Cookie Program provides an important ingredient for leadership
by helping girls develop five key skills: Each kit will help Girl Scouts learn Goal Setting, Decision Making, Money Management, People Skills, and Business Ethics.
Attire: Jeans and T-shirt
Parking: Free, onsite
We cannot accept court appointed volunteers of any kind.

Mission Statement
Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place.
Description
Founded in 1912, Girl Scouts of the USA is the preeminent organization for girls with a current membership of 3.6 million girls and adults. Volunteers use their expertise, skills, interests, and life experience to shape fun and enriching leadership experiences for girls, and inspire them to reach their personal best. Volunteers help council staff facilitate the New Girl Scout Leadership Experience to girls through exciting program opportunities: leadership/self-esteem, financial literacy, travel, health/wellness, science, technology, engineering, and math. Volunteers choose from several flexible Pathways (the ways that girls and adults join Girl Scouting) that fit their lifestyles, including short-term or long-term service working either directly or indirectly with girls, and they can participate regionally, nationally, and internationally.
