Veteran Mobile Food Distribution Coordinator

Do you want to help feed our military veterans? Join us and serve as our Mobile Food Distribution Coordinator!

The Mobile Food Distribution Coordinator will help organize and oversee all operations for our monthly mobile food distribution at a designated site. This position requires a highly motivated individual with leadership qualities, operation and event planning skills which are required to execute a mobile food distribution. As such, the ideal candidate is someone who:

• Has a love for VA special event management, can be enthusiastic, and is able to build relationships with internal and external volunteers and service providers.
• Has exceptional communication skills, including: writing, proof reading skills, and speaking.
• The aptitude to manage multiple projects and work assignments from a variety of staff and volunteers.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with sharp professionalism along with the ability to accomplish projects with little supervision.
• The MFD coordinator must be highly organized with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work with a diverse variety of individuals.
