As our contact concierge, we rely on your efficiency, warmth, and passion to be the initial interaction with our organization, and help field and respond to general inquiries and rescue requests.
OVERVIEW OF CONTACT CONCIERGE RESPONSIBILITIES
>> Respond to inquiries from General Contact, Rescue Partner Requests, and Flight Requests website forms within 48 hours of receiving them from @petrescuepilots inbox.
>> Compile new and outstanding inquiries as needed to share weekly with the team for input/guidance
>> Respond, follow up, and redirect inquiries as appropriate and directed by the crew
>> Keep track of outstanding inquiries
We typically receive 5-10 inquiries per week, ranging from flight requests to well wishes on our missions. Although we currently do not receive a high volume of emails, we do ask that our Contact Concierge monitor their @petrescuepilots inbox to ensure we are responding to important requests within ~48 hours.

Pet Rescue Pilots flies pets out of shelters and lands them safely in the loving arms of rescue groups, fosters, and forever homes.
Description
Pet Rescue Pilots(r) is more than a transportation organization. We coordinate between our network of sending and receiving rescue groups up and down western United States and Canada to help more pets fly out of shelters and land in loving homes. All the pets we transport have vetted foster and adoption families upon arrival; they never go from shelter to shelter.
​Fueled by donations, corporate, and private support, we can rise above statistics en route to a world where every pet has a loving, forever home.

- We do not foresee this role requiring more than 5 hours per week.
- This role requires someone conscientious and responsible who can commit to responding to inquiries 2-3 days a week, whether to a request or kind words of encouragement. There will be onboarding and ongoing support, as you will be part of our crew.
