ORGANIZATION: Tohono Chul Park

  • A group opportunity. Invite your friends.

Tohono Chul is a beautiful 49-acre botanical garden located right in the middle of Tucson! In addition to educational programs, art exhibits and delightful gift shops, Tohono Chul is also the backdrop for memorable special events.

Tohono Chul is looking for volunteers who would love to be part of our fast-paced and busy private rentals department! Volunteers will assist the Private Events Coordinator in setting up tables and chairs for the special events, as well as any other guest-specific requests.

This is a labor-intensive volunteer opportunity and the volunteer will be moving constantly during the volunteer shift. Volunteers will need to be guest-oriented and be able to follow instructions from the Private Events Coordinator.

This is an ideal volunteer opportunity for those who only have a few hours on the weekends. Exact dates and times for volunteering will be arranged with the Private Events Coordinator.

If interested, please fill out a volunteer application at https://tohonochul.org/support/volunteer/ and in the "why do you want to volunteer for Tohono Chul" please put "private rentals volunteer". Kasey Fry, Volunteer Services Coordinator, will reach out to you about your application shortly after it is submitted. If you have any questions, please contact Kasey Fry at kfry@tohonochul.org.
