Support Wilder Foundation’s Healthy Aging and Caregiving Services team! As a Volunteer Trainer, you can share your Enneagram knowledge with our staff members. By sharing your expertise, you have the opportunity to help with staff development for our seven-person team.

Our team is highly motivated by ongoing trainings and learning opportunities, and we need your support to make this happen! This important capacity-building role will help our team develop personally and professionally as well as strengthen working relationships to better serve our community. This flexible volunteer opportunity can be completed virtually or in-person and will be scheduled based upon volunteer availability during daytime business hours this autumn. Individuals or small groups welcome to volunteer.

Responsibilities include:

  • Consult with the Program Manager to determine the best schedule and tailor content as needed for this group
  • Notify the team of any pre-work needed prior to your training
  • Provide one or multiple virtual trainings for our team (flexible depending on volunteer preference)
Skills and qualifications needed:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to meet Wilder Foundation’s guidelines for acceptable background check. Wilder will be conducting criminal background checks for all volunteers in this position.
  • Must be proficient in Enneagram materials and related training.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience delivering training to small groups.
  • Must be able to provide a referral that reflects the ability to train a small group on relevant coursework in a professional setting.
Time commitment and location:
  • Estimated time commitment: 1-4 hours per training (depending on content and preparation time needed)
  • Project start date: Fall 2021
  • Days of the week: Flexible Monday through Friday options
  • Time of the day: Flexible during daytime business hours (will determine timing based on volunteer’s schedule)
  • Work site: Onsite at our Center for Aging Services (941 Lafond Ave., St. Paul, MN 55104) with COVID-19 safety protocols or virtual
