- Setup Squad
- Times needed: 5:00am - 8:00am
- Help staff setup the event.
- Teardown Troopers
- Times needed: 10:30am - 1:00pm
- Help pack up after the event.
- Registration Warrior
- Times needed: 8:00am - 11:30am
- Welcome participants as they arrive on site. Volunteers at this tent will also be available to answer any general event questions and help direct them to tents as needed.
- Traffic Warrior
- Times needed: 8:00am - 11:00am
- *Located around the venue and around the parking decks
- Welcome all walkers, direct walkers to activity site
- Start/Finish Line Host
- Pass out water and cheer on the walkers with pom-poms and cowbells.
- Route Marshall
- Times needed: 8:50am - 12:30pm
- Direct walkers to turn at the turns. Pass out water and cheer on the walkers with pom-poms and cowbells. Write motivational messages along the route with chalk.
- Meet Me at the Flags
- Times needed: 8:15am - 11:00am
- Help direct walkers to the appropriate meeting location for their company’s team indicated by colored flags.
- Tent Host
- Times needed: 8:00am - 11:00am
- Help provide assistance to sponsored tent
