Purpose Statement:
This position supports the National Headquarters (NHQ) Chief Finance Office (CFO) Workforce Planning team. This is a remote (volunteer-from-home) opportunity. The purpose of this position is to ensure that new CFO unit volunteers starting in Finance, Information Technology, and Real Estate Services are supported and welcomed as part of a wide variety of end-to-end on-boarding processes completed prior to their transition to their supervisor in the CFO unit.


  • Manage incoming shared mailbox responsibilities in Outlook.
  • Manage and update a SharePoint list containing onboarding status tracking.
  • Manage and update internal tracking systems as needed.
  • Coordinate activities with others on the team as well as CFO unit points of contact to ensure timely processing.
  • Manage and craft outgoing email messages as needed.


  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products including SharePoint, Excel, and MS Teams.
  • Excellent organization skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain large-volume tracking processes that include multiple systems.
  • Ability to prioritize to meet established timelines.
  • Cultural sensitivity to diverse audiences.
  • Access to a phone (to include long-distance), computer and reliable internet.
  • Resume required.

Length of Appointment: 6-month minimum commitment, renewable as mutually agreed.
