Our pantry is operated by "all volunteer" teams. We have had no formal structure to recruit, train and schedule the people we need. The current volunteers would like to work with someone with volunteer experience or volunteer management experience to create a system that recruits, trains and schedules volunteers needed to run the pantry. Total volunteers needed per day would be 3-6 to fulfill all the functions. (estimated)

The mission of the Interfaith Food Pantry is to help provide food for families in need while preserving their sense of dignity
Description
All volunteer. We are supported by individuals and a network of local Churches through financial donations and the donation of food goods. A few local groceries donate bread and dessets which volunteers pick up every week. Volunteers work in the stock room, date check donations, prepare food bags for distribution, coordinate food drives, pick up and deliver at multiple donation sites and distribute food to persons in need,
