Mission Statement

HELPING PAWS of UPPER DARBY is a group of volunteers dedicated to improving the lives of community cats with Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), the humane and effective approach for controlling feral cat populations. We are located in Delaware County PA but focus mainly in Upper Darby Township and surrounding areas. Our goal is to help communities and individuals by humanely trapping, transporting cats/kittens to clinics to get spayed/neutered, provide medical treatment and care where needed, and return them to their environment where there will be cared for or we foster friendly cats to get them rehomed through adoption. We provide cat shelters to the caregivers and provide education about TNR.
