ELF was founded in 2015, our mission is to improve children's mental health and wellness and support families by providing awareness, educational tools, and resources.

ELF focuses on the following four areas:

We host mental health awareness events.

We create therapeutic tools for children utilizing our Piggie Bear products.

We provide educational resources for parents, parents to be and teachers.

We bridge the gap between traditional and holistic healing options.

As a grassroots organization, we are in the process of building the board strategically and developing our give/get policy. We are looking for a new volunteer Board member to fill the seat of Treasurer. This role requires the Treasurer to attend virtual / in-person monthly board meetings in Orange County (on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm) and utilize their financial expertise to assist with accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, processing payables and receivables, managing accruals and handling ELF's tax returns. This will average 2-5 hours a week. This role also requires support for periodic fundraising events.

Desired Experience:

College Degree (BA/BS)

Experienced with Quickbooks or other accounting software

Proficiency with MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and Google Docs/Sheets

Prior Accounting/Bookkeeping experience

Detail-oriented

Prior Non-Profit experience a plus
