Our volunteer advocates are an integral part of our effort to support those impacted by sexual violence. They answer our 24-hour support hotline available to anyone impacted by sexual violence and offer support and resources. They also meet recent survivors at hospitals to advocate for them and walk them through the experience. Advocates are "on-call" during the shifts they schedule based on their availability. Calls are confidentially patched through to any phone number the advocate likes, making working on the hotline an incredibly flexible way to make a very direct impact Approved advocate candidates will receive 40 hours of training to prepare them for the hotline and medical advocacy.

NOTE: Volunteers must live within the 17 counties we serve. A map of our service region can be found on our website.
