Looking for Production Volunteers to support a transformational program for high school students.
ORGANIZATION: Unlocking Futures, Inc.
Please visit the new page to apply.
By volunteering as a Mentor at Unlocking Futures, you have the power to help open the door of possibilities at a critical point in young people’s lives.
At Unlocking Futures, our goal is to aid in breaking generational cycles of poverty and ensure the educational success of all students. Due to the impact of COVID-19 on students, it is especially important this year to provide additional resources and mentorship to students in under-resourced school systems.
Since March 2020, we have transitioned our tutoring and mentoring programs to be a hybrid of both virtual and in-person elements.
As a production volunteer, you will be working behind the scenes. With a team, you make all of the programs work by coordinating and orchestrating our program events, trainings, and weekend retreats. This is a very important role in ensuring the success of the young people. Roles may include Supply Manager, Name Tag Setup and Attendance, Chairs and Flow, Boards and Signs, Administration, Course Leader Support, and Time Keeper.
Production volunteers will attend the bi-weekly workshops.
